Concernant la visite de la soeur la Dr. Florence Muindi chaleureusement recommandée par les Stiefel – anciens engagés dans leur église à Genève mais aussi très actifs dans la diverses oeuvres actives dans le séculier – message en anglais ci-dessous – si vous avez des idées de connections dans les églises locales en Suisse, merci de me les transmettre et de forwarder cette invitation).

Je sers cette chère Soeur Florence Muindi recommandée par les Stiefel en lui présentant plusieurs saints de la région Suisse.

Florence sera présente du 18 au 24 août mais je prends le temps de la présenter personnellement les 20, 21 et 22 soit à Lausanne, soit à Genève en fonction des inscriptions. J’ai mis un doodle à dispo ci-dessous.

Florence pourrait aussi venir potentiellement le 19 aout dans une église locale de la région pour présenter LIA – Life in Abundance qui combat la pauvreté et la marginalisation dans 14 pays d’Afrique via et grâce aux églises locales sur place depuis plus de 20 ans … sentez-vous libre de lui demander et je peux coordonner les échanges à ce sujet entre vous, de mon côté je serai en famille à Leysin avec mon frère de Belgique, je ne pourrai pas être présente mais l’essentiel c’est de toucher les frères et soeurs dans les églises romandes déja 🙂 !

Florence cherche aussi un ou une project Officer pour faire le suivi. Je serai peut-être à même de le faire – mais pas à 100% – mais si ce n’est pas le cas, nous prions que la personne ointe pour ce travail se présente à Florence en août par exemple. Donc, avis aux personnes qui cherchent un travail pour trouver les partenaires églises en Suisse et aussi pour lever les fonds pour co-construire l’antenne en Suisse afin de consolider cette oeuvre en Afrique dans ces 14 pays. Merci de transmettre aux personnes que vous aurez sur votre coeur si jamais. C’est un travail qui serait rémunéré – plutôt un profil Junior mais qui connaît bien les églises de la région naturellement. Un grand merci !

I am so happy to start serving our Dear Sister, Mrs. Dr. Florence Muindi (details herebelow) recommended most specifically by the good cares of our dear sister & brother couple, M. & R. from Geneva.

I organize 3 days to introduce Florence personnally, Monday 20 August in Geneva, Tuesday 21 August in Lausanne and Wednesday 22 August in Geneva.

Florence founded LIA – LIFE IN ABUNDANCE – « At Life in Abundance International – Serving to Empower – we empower the local church to break the cycle of poverty in some of the poorest and most marginalized communities in the world. We are currently walking with 230 churches and 30 communities in 14 countries throughout Africa and the Caribbean, serving all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. »

In August 2018, there is one 1st unique opportunity to meet her and coordinate with her either your venue at her big conference in Nairobi Kenya in September 2018 and/or having a 1st contact to :

– invite her at your church or youth, biblical breakfasts, groups of your local church when she returns to Switzerland

– becoming a faithful partner as a church, an orgnanisation, a secular company and/or a family or individual

– simply get to know her better

– canditate for the job position of Project Officer in Switzerland and represents her in CH : the right person is now in place since the annoucement.

LIA, her organisation has been already so useful and fruitful to fight poverty and extreme marginalization based upon 4 pillars:

1. economic empowerment
2. community health
3. social engagement
4. education

– 1299 churches in 75 communities have been trained and empowered to implement sustainable solutions to their most pressing problems.

– Nearly 11,975 community health and resource workers have been trained.

– 32,778 families have been economically empowered through micro-loans and income generating activities.

– More than 35,960 people have been trained in educational support.

– More than 53,955 Orphans and Vulnerable Children have been supported and cared for through our OVC support.

– Over 70,348 people have been trained in Evangelism and Discipleship.

– More than 483,544 people have had community health care by LIA’s local church partners.

For the ones such as our dear Brothers & Sisters who are abroad, please pray for these times of sharing and fellowship.

For the ones who cannot meet her on these 3 days, know that she plans to come from the 18 to the 24 !
